Exhibit Opportunities

A variety of activities will take place in the Exhibit Area in order to ensure good traffic flow. Activities include coffee breaks, welcome reception, poster viewing times and poster sessions.

Registration

Each exhibiting organization will receive up to three (3) exhibitor badges (3 per 100 sq.ft. / 9 sq.mtr. booth space).

Cost to Exhibit*

*Exhibition fees are tax-exempt.

To reserve your booth, simply email exhibit@wbc2016.org by specifying the following information:

- booth type
- billing coordinates

The floor plan will become available as of January 18, 2016. Exhibitors will be able to select their booth location in the order of received confirmations.
